How long will delivery take?
We know once you’ve placed your order you would like your plates asap, hence we only use Royal Mail 1st class delivery. We aim to ship all orders in 1-3 working days from seeing documentation.

Do I need to send documents?
Yes, it’s a legal requirement. To ensure speedy delivery please follow the instructions below and quote your order number in all correspondence.

Are Legal markings included on the plates?
Yes, all plates will have the legal markings included which are: “PlateFather UB4 8NA BSAU 145d” *We do not use this for advertising it’s a legal requirement so the plates can be traced back for the purpose of crime prevention.

Do you discount for regular, trade, or bulk orders?
